Through his work with the MACH Alliance, he has contributed to hackathons, research initiatives and industry discussions focused on helping organisations adopt modular, outcome-led and future-ready technology ecosystems.

He is also a member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand, where he continues to strengthen his knowledge of governance, board effectiveness, financial oversight, risk, strategy and director responsibilities.

Chandan is particularly passionate about connecting technology leadership with public value and community impact. He believes strong governance is essential for ensuring that AI, digital platforms and organisational investments are introduced responsibly, transparently and in a way that benefits people.

Through SystemCraft, he shares practical insights on Applied AI, software engineering, enterprise architecture, governance and digital transformation. His work reflects a commitment not only to building strong technology platforms, but also to supporting better organisations, stronger communities and more responsible decision-making.
